There are lots of new and exciting things happening in the field of fertility. In vitro fertilization first happened in 1978, which in medical terms is not all that long ago. We have developed in the last ten or twenty years very, very sophisticated surgical techniques called laparoscopy that allow adhesions or endometriosis or other problems inside the pelvis to be developed. Along with in vitro fertilization our ability to treat male factor through sperm injection, our ability to diagnose genetic diseases through pre-implantation genetic diagnosis are really developing very quickly and I think that in the next few years we are going to see even more rapid progress in terms of evaluating the embryos with IVF so that we can ensure the highest possible pregnancy rates with healthy babies. And we are really focused now on improving the technology through pre-implantation genetic screening and pre-implantation genetic diagnosis. We are just at the cusp of I think really major breakthroughs in that area.
