The Telemedizinische Service und Gesundheits Zentrum (TSGZ) founded in 2000 is the leading provider of ambulatory cardiac event monitoring services. The TSGZ is a subsidiary of the Segeberger Kliniken, one of the leading heart centres in North Germany. TSGZ provides round-the-clock services on 365 days per year.

TSGZ offers international clinical research monitoring services, which provide consistent and high quality investigational data and results for CRO's, pharmaceutical and medical device companies.

Our technical platform allows the communication in all European languages. The toll free line helps patients to transmit their ECGs telephonically at no cost.

The ECG report is reviewed by our senior Cardiologist for accurate diagnosis of arrhythmia conditions, clarity, and completeness.

The TSGZ offer the broadest line of cardiac ECG monitors to support symptomatic and asymptomatic conditions.

One channel loop event recorder
This unique loop cardiac event monitor can record up to 8 minutes of single-channel ECG. Along with recording patient-activated events, like traditional monitors. It is a patient-activated cardiac event monitor with continuous looping memory.

One Channel post event recorder
A personal easy to use 1-lead ECG event monitor that can store up to six recordings in its memory. The data is transmitted by telephone to the TSGZ

12-channel Event recorder
The 12-lead ECG recorder use only three external leads. The device is placed on three different chest position. The data is transmitted by telephone to the TSGZ
This device is validated by comparing the TTM ECG to a standard 12-lead ECG.

Holter monitoring
The Holter is a lightweight compact device, utilizing digital "flash memory" technology, and providing a continuous diagnostic 3- or 1-channel ECG recording for up to 7 days (in 1-chanel mode).
