The Department of Plastic Surgery at the University Hospital of Uppsala in Sweden offers webbased (videoconference, digital photo and e-mail, 3G consultations etc) second opinion service on treatment of chronic wounds as well as on burn reconstructive surgery. The department has a large record of eHealth collaboration - not least from the EU funded SPEX project.
